If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met: .

• The original invoice or purchase order is available.

• The purchase was made within 14 days.

• The products are in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

• The consumer has not used the products in any way.

• The nature of the goods, according to customary practice, allows for their return or refund.

• There is a latent manufacturing defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase.

Goods cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

• If the products are "custom-made" or manufactured based on the customer's request, they cannot be refunded.

• If the customer was aware of the defect or fault in the goods at the time of purchase and accepted them in their condition, as indicated in the purchase invoice.

• If the nature, characteristics, packaging, or sealing of the goods have been altered or changed in a manner that prevents their replacement or return, such as damage or impossibility to return them to the original condition at the time of purchase unless the reason for return or exchange is due to the manufacturing defects mentioned earlier.
